Why should I become a registered user?

It is free and easy to set up an account with SportswearUnlimited, and it makes the check out process a lot quicker – for example, you can keep multiple shipping addresses on file. As a registered SportwearUnlimited user, you will receive special offers and new product information, and get access to additional functionality such as Wish Lists, easy reorder options, and order history.

What’s the difference between a guest user and a registered user?

If you opt to checkout as a guest user, the information you submit is applied to a single order only; it will not be available for future purchases and order history will not available. Wish list functionality is only available to registered users.

What is a wish list?

If you have a Sportswear Unlimited account, you are able to add products of interest to a personalized wish list. It can be items that you have started designing but haven’t quite completed, designs that you may have shared with friends and are awaiting their feedback on, or items that you simply want to purchase tomorrow rather than today. When you are ready to purchase, simply log in to your account and move any wish list items to the cart with the click of a button. Items will stay on your wish list until you remove them. Wish list functionality is currently not available in the DIY Lab or Teams & Clubs.

Product-Related
Is it really custom made product?

Yes, we offer truly customized product. Our manufacturers do not make your product until your order has been placed. Their state of the art manufacturing process allows us to offer you made-to-order custom product hassle free with no minimum order requirements.

Since it is custom made product, what are your order minimum requirements?

We are excited that although your products are made to order, our manufacturers’ state of the art manufacturing process allows us to have no order minimum requirements.

How do I size appropriately? What is your sizing?

Please refer to the size chart links provided on each product detail page. Please make sure to review the style specific details regarding the fit and make of each product that are provided in the product description.

What kind of product decoration do you offer?

SportswearUnlimited offers custom made sublimated product. Our manufacturers use different sublimation methods to create fantastic looking product. What is sublimation? Unlike traditional methods where the decoration is applied on top of the fabric, sublimation designs are infused directly into the fabric, resulting in superior color saturation that does not crack, peel, or fade.

What is the DIY lab?

The DIY Lab is an opportunity to let your creativity flourish—apply your own graphics to select product styles and designs to truly personalize your apparel. After selecting a product style, you will be taken to the DIY Lab’s product configurator where multiple designs are available for you to choose from. Colorize your preferred design, add text and text treatments such as gradients and textures, and upload your own graphics. A fantastic opportunity to create one-of-a-kind apparel!

Orders
How can I track the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, an email containing the tracking number is sent to the email address on file for the order. Additionally, you can track your order on our Check Order Status page at any time, or log in to your SportswearUnlimited account if you are a registered user.

How do I access my order history?

Simply log in to your SportswearUnlimited account to view your order history (only orders placed as a logged in user is kept  on file).  

How do I reorder?

If you are a registered user, simply log in to your account and locate the item in your order history. Click on the product, and you will be taken to the corresponding product detail page. Select your size, quantity, and add to cart. This functionality is not available to guest users.

Can I change or cancel my order?

When you have placed your order, it goes into production the next business day at 12:00PM PST. After this time, order changes or cancelations cannot be accommodated and no refunds will be given. If you need to make a change to a pending order, and it falls within this time frame, any such changes must be communicated to our customer service department, and must be confirmed by one of our representatives. When will I receive my order? How is my delivery date calculated?

We have negotiated excellent manufacturing times with our vendors. All items are made to order with a standard manufacturing time of 5 business days. If you add items from our DIY Lab or from our Teams & Clubs store, the manufacturing time for the entire order is 10 business days. Your delivery date is the production time (5 or 10 business days) + the speed of shipping you choose at checkout. When selecting your shipping speed , you are presented your in-hand date. 

I placed an order 2 days ago and there is still a pending charge on my credit card—is it not charged immediately at the time of placing an order?

At the time of placing your order, a pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card that will identify and “tag” the money for your order total. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.

Can I get my order made quicker than the standard turnaround time?

Due to great relationships with our manufacturers, our standard product time is blazing fast. At no additional cost, your order is manufactured in 5 business days. Note: if your order contains DIY Lab products or items from our Teams & Club store, the entire order ships in 10 business days. At this time, we do not offer a service upgrade.

Can I send an item as a gift?

While we do currently not offer gift wrapping, you are able to ship your entire order to a third party  (we do not ship to multiple addresses at this time).

Artwork & Designs
Will I receive a proof?

SportswearUnlimited is a WYSIWYG experience—What You See Is What You Get. The online product view is a representation of the finished design, and no offline proofs will be sent. If you have a question about your design, please feel free to contact a member of our customer service team prior to placing your order and they will be happy to assist you.

What are the uploaded graphic requirements?

In the DIY Lab, and for some products in our Teams & Clubs store, you have the opportunity to fully unleash your creativity and upload your own graphics. All graphics are pre-qualified in the upload process and must meet our manufacturer’s minimum requirements: a minimum size of 2100 x 2100 pixels and a resolution of at least 150 DPI (dots per inch). If your image has a background, it is automatically removed. For optimal results, our manufacturers prefer, and strongly recommend, vectorized graphics when available.  
The following  image file formats are supported:

  • .ai – Adobe Illustrator

  • .psd – Adobe Photoshop
  • .jpg – JPEG
  • .pdf –  Adobe PDF
  • .png – PNG
  • .bmp – Bitmap
What services are provided for uploaded graphics?

All uploaded graphics are carefully reviewed as a part of our quality assurance process prior to submitting them to our manufacturer. If needed, graphics are touched up to ensure the highest possible quality of the finished product. This includes removal of the background, adjusting the colors of the graphic to match the colors of your design, as well as proportionally resizing the graphic.

Will you automatically match my uploaded graphic colors to the colors of my garment?

Yes, this is an important part of our quality assurance standards. Before submitting your graphic to our manufacturer, the colors of your graphics are automatically matched to the colors used in your product design.

Rights of use (graphics, text, trademarks)

You are solely responsible for any copy/text, uploaded graphic, logo, or emblem submitted to the SportswearUnlimited.com, including any and all copyright and trademark regulations. SportswearUnlimited.com and its owners and manufacturers will not be held liable for any copyright or trademark issues that might arise from the use of such content in our DIY Lab or Clubs & Teams store. This includes usage of any graphic in any product produced for you. SportswearUnlimited.com reserves the right to reject any material, copy/text, or graphic, submission deemed to be offensive, hateful, defamatory, obscene, derogatory, profane, harmful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.

How do  I share my design with someone else?

In any of the SportswearUnlimited’s Active stores, there is design sharing functionality on the product detail page. Simply create your design and select one of the social options to share it. You can also elect to email your design. When you share a design, a unique product link is created which is automatically included in your share message. Clicking on the unique product link takes the user to the product detail page, displaying the product just like you created it. Design share is currently not available in the DIY Lab and in Teams & Clubs.  

Payments
What payment methods are available?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We are unable to split payments between credit cards.

Shipping & Tracking
How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are based on a combination of weight, geographic area, and speed of shipping. During the checkout process, you will be presented different choices, including any free shipping promotions should your order qualify.

Can I ship my order to multiple destinations?

At this time, we are not able to accommodate split orders to multiple destinations; only one delivery address per order is accepted. If you wish to ship products to different destinations, please place separate orders.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

SportswearUnlimited.com goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately, on time, and with products of the highest quality. All products sold on SportswearUnlimited.com are customized and made to order. Due to this fact, we are able to provide our customers with the ability to purchase products that have unique qualities that match personal preferences. As a result, our standard policy is that all sales of custom merchandise are final and non returnable with the exception of cases where flaws in material or workmanship may occur.

Our mission is to gain your trust as a customer and keep it. If there is ever a point when you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we want to hear about it and learn why. Your feedback is important to us. So important that based on your feedback, we are prepared to make exceptions to our standard return policy on a case by case basis for items purchased from any of the Sportswear Unlimited stores with the exception of items purchased in the Design Lab and Teams & Clubs store.

Defective product

If your SportswearUnlimited.com product has a material or workmanship flaw, we work with our manufacturers to make it right. Please contact our Customer Service department at 877-808-8727 within 30 days of receiving the product.

Please note: damage caused by misuse, alteration, or excessive wear and tear are excluded.

Large Order Discounts
Do you offer discounts on large orders?

Yes. Any products purchased in the Teams & Clubs Store or Design Lab are eligible for large order discounts.

  • Order subtotals of $2,500 or more get a 5% discount; use promo code GROUP5 at checkout
  • Order subtotals of $5,000 or more get a 10% discount; use promo code GROUP10 at checkout
  • Order totals are before tax and only items purchased in the Teams & Clubs or Design Lab stores are eligible
